A Feast in the heart of Kestrel’s Vineyard

Armandino Batali of Salumi Salami; Chef Roy Breiman and Chef Mark Bodinet of Copperleaf at Cedarbrook Lodge; Chef Bob Prince of Tribunala; Chef Mike Easton of Il Courvo; Chef Walter Paisano of Tulio; and Chef Kim Berto of Central Market.

Kestrel is extremely excited to announce an event that will be historical in Washington Wine Country; ‘The Big Night’ in Kestrel’s Vineyard, September 29, 2012. Guests will partake in a meal of unequivocal proportion steeped in Italian tradition in the setting of our vineyard.  Among the vines,you will dine family style with acclaimed artisans in the spirit of ‘La Dolce Vita.’  We at Kestrel recognize that food is the counterpoint of wine and our wine making team, headed by Flint Nelson, crafts wines with that in mind.

We invite you to experience the culmination of our two passions:  wine and food.  Our Chef and the leader of Kestrel’s culinary team, Chef Jessica Smith will have a fabulous opportunity  to cook alongside some of the best chefs in the Northwest including the talents of: Armandino Batali of Salumi Salami; Chef Roy Breiman and Chef Mark Bodinet of Copperleaf at Cedarbrook Lodge; Chef Bob Prince of Tribunala; Chef Mike Easton of Il Courvo; Chef Walter Paisano of Tulio; and Chef Kim Berto of Central Market.
