Purchase a PREMIER PASS allowing access to exclusive benefits available only during this Red Wine and Chocolate weekend at over 40 participating wineries. PREMIER PASS holders will be able to experience a variety of specialty food pairings, library tastings, and tours not available to the public.

YAKIMA

AntoLin Cellarsis offering chocolate-dipped treats. Wine tasting fees $4 for a white flight, $6 for a red flight. Four whites, five reds in each flight. Friday, February 14th Live music: Stimulus Package starts at 7 pm. All event activities are included with a Premier Pass.

Gilbert Cellars’ $10 curated flight features three select red wines paired with premium truffles from Seattle Chocolate. While in the tasting room, replenish your cellar with handcrafted, swoon-worthy wines by picking up six or more bottles at a 10% discount. All event activities are included with your Premier Pass.

Kana Winery will be tasting 2 white wines and 5 red wines. Wine by the glass or bottle can be consumed on site. There will be Amity, OR Brigitte Monastery handcrafted chocolate truffles and fudge for tasting and available for purchase. Live music Friday and Saturday evenings 5-10pm. All event activities are included with a Premier Pass along with 20% discount on the purchase of 4 bottles or more.

Owen Roe will be featuring a flight of wines paired with JCOCO chocolates for the ultimate treat.

Treveri Cellars is offering four tastings of its award winning sparkling wines paired with a handmade chocolate truffle. Chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate ganache roses, and chocolate Treveri bottles are available along with a special menu for the weekend’s festivities. Treveri has a Valentine selection of Sparkle Glitter bottles for sale on a first come basis. If the weather is agreeable the porch (not the patio) will be open.

Wilridge Winery will have live music Saturday and Sunday with food available for purchase. Event fees will be waived for Premier Pass holders with the purchase of two bottles.

ZILLAH

Bosma Estate Winery, the Valley’s NEWEST Yakima Valley tasting room will pair their wines with assorted flavors of dark chocolate by Lindt.

Cultura Wineis celebrating new wine releases and library wine tastings for Premier Pass holders and wine club members.. Treat yourself and your Valentine to sweet treats and delicious red wines.

Dineen Vineyards will be offering a tasting of 5 select wines paired with Claudio Corallo-plantation-sourced chocolate. Wine specials and discounts will be offered. $10 fee refunded with purchase. For those seeking a unique, private, formal tasting the winery will be offering single vineyard sourced estate wines specially paired with Claudio Corallo-plantation-sourced chocolate. Learn tasting techniques, why Yakima Valley is a premier wine grape growing region, secrets of vineyard management and winemaking principles that help the grape express itself into great wine. Freehand Cellars is offering in-house dark chocolate and dark chocolate coffee bark. Black and white romantic movies all day. Special wine discounts. Tasting fee waived with purchase.

Horizon’s Edge Winery Meet the winemaker behind all the delicious wines and be ready for a line-up of samples. Special event discounts: 10% off 6 or more regular priced bottles, (mix or match), 15% off a case (12 bottles), (mix or match). Premier Pass holders will have the chance to taste red wine from 1990, with an inside look at how long reds can go in Washington State, and receive reduced tasting fees.

Knight Hill Winery asks,why do we taste Red Wine with chocolate? Come to Knight Hill Winery to experience the answer. Premier Pass holders will visit the barrel room to pair gourmet chocolate drops of differing percentages of cacaowith the appropriate red wine. For whites-only tasters, there will be chocolate drops with the appropriate % of cacao paired with Chardonnay and Verdelho.

Maison de Padgett Winery has moved to its new location shared with Horizons Edge Winery. Lipservice 1.5L semi-sweet Rosé event special: 3 for $33. 10% off six or more regular priced bottles (mix or match), 15% of a case (12 bottles, mix or match). Premier Pass holders will have the chance to taste fresh 2019 wine fermented with natural yeast compared to designer yeast and receive reduced tasting fees.

Masset Winery is featuring Double Belgian Chocolate Mousse with 72% bittersweet chocolate batonette as well as a special 25% discount on selected wines.

Paradisos del Sol Winery and Organic Vineyard is offering Chocolate Molé de Vandenberg on Teeny Tiny (hand-made) Tortillas. A come-hither concoction—not confection—of cocoa, chiles, and condiments composed for collegial companionship with Paradisos Red and our compañeros. $10 tasting fee waived with $20 purchase. Premier Pass holders enjoy wine discounts from 10% to 50%.

Portteus Vineyard will feature their traditional Fudge Brownies to complement your pick of 8 of 20 red wine selections.

Severino Cellars is serving Linda’s famous dark chocolate fudge. A special vertical tasting of Severino Red will be poured. Taste the wines side by side to see the difference each year brings. A mix and match sale all weekend, a great time to fill a box and enjoy.

Tanjuli– Tanjuli Red Wine + Chocolate + Fabulous Red Wine Specials = Magic. Our Estate Wines include Pinot Noir, Carmenere and Nebbiolo matched with our Wine Lover’s Chocolates. Also as a special treat we will have a ten year old 100% Petit Verdot and a 22 year old red blend “Red Rocket”. All served with an amazing assortment of chocolates. Come Experience the Magic! Two Mountain Winery is offering the perfect chocolate from Theo’s to pair with the newly released 2014 Vinho Vermelho Port (“heartily endorsed” by Conan). Premier Pass holders will also receive a special tasting from our Brothers Collection along with another sweet surprise.

VanArnam Vineyards is offering award-winning wines paired with delicious Selberg Sweets Chocolates. Tastings are $10. Premier Pass holders will experience special tastings of reserve and library wines with their tasting fee. Tin Roof Grill will be open with tasty food to keep you going throughout the weekend.

PROSSER/SUNNYSIDE

14 Hands Winery will be offering a 10% discount off 6 bottles or more to Premier Pass holders.

Airfield Estates will have your senses tingling. Join us for a bold lineup of red wines & chocolates, including our newly released award-winning Sangiovese Rosé, the 2015 Reserve Merlot and the 2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon – both perfectly paired with a Seattle Chocolates Truffle. Weekend specials for Premier Pass holders include a complimentary box of truffles with the purchase of 4 bottles or more (while supplies last), a 30-35% case discount on Reserve Merlot, Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and discounted ($5) event fee refundable with purchase of wine.

Barrel Springs Winery will be pairing its premium wines with rich chocolate confections featuring chocolate raspberry ganache brownies with Cabernet Franc, and chocolate covered jalapenos with Syrah. Premier Pass holders will taste the same 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon aged in different barrels and taste the difference of determining which barrel a wine maker will choose. Co Dinn Cellars will be featuring truffles from the Yakima Valley’s own Jade’s British Girl Treats. Premier Pass holders will pair current red releases and preview the 2016 Elephant Mountain Vineyard Block Five Syrah.

Côte Bonneville featuring estate wines from the acclaimed DuBrul Vineyard. Premier Pass holders will indulge in a special tasting of local bites and red wines. Taste a vertical of the flagship Côte Bonneville Bordeaux blend with Chukkar Cherries and a double cream Italian style cheese washed in Côte Bonneville Syrah. It will be served alongside the Syrah for the weekend.

Come sample pairings of Winemaker Jason Domanico of Domanico Cellars, latest releases and a not yet released Cabernet Franc with exotic chocolates from world famous Amano Artisan Chocolates.

Join Fortuity Cellars at its winery incubator in Grandview. Enjoy wine and chocolate pairings including a few library wines! All event activities are included with a Premier Pass. Delicious small bites will be prepared by Chef Lara of Fat Pastor Productions.

Milbrandt Vineyards and Ryan Patrick Wines will be partnering with Jade’s British Girl Treats, to feature a red wine-infused truffle making demonstration on Saturday. Delight in sampling freshly made chocolate truffles with expertly paired wines. Live music on Saturday from 12-3 enjoy the Latin inspired music of Eddie Manzaneras and from 3-6 Amber Sweeny will be serenading us with her soulful sounds. Thurston Wolfe Winery will offer a 20% discount on all red wines tasted during the event r or Premier Pass holders. Wines paired with a German Chocolate Cookie from Chef Cathleen Williams.

Wit Cellars is offering chocolate truffles made by Wine O’Clock Wine Bar and Chukar Cherries that pair perfectly with current release wines. Premier Pass holders receive a 10% discount. WIT Cellars will have a winemakers table – a private vertical tasting of the 2015 and 2016 Double Gold winning Petit Verdot and pre-release sample of 2017 Petit Verdot with winemakers Flint Nelson and Cat Warwick. Each tasting will be held on the hour. $15.00 non-refundable. Valentine Speak easy with special guests Bourbon and Bellows Saturday night Feb 15th from 6-9:00pm. $10.00.

Yakima Valley Vintners will be conducting a sensory evaluation with tasters to have some educational fun. We will be serving brownies for the Red Wine and Chocolate weekend but not disclose which wine is infused into the brownies. It will be up to you to you to determine which wine has been infused into the brownies. Register your guess on our Facebook poll and we’ll reveal the wine at the end of the event.

RED MOUNTAIN AND SURROUNDING

Chandler Reach Vineyards is offering a world class tasting followed by decadent dark chocolate truffles and savory cheeses. Bring your own glass or purchase a signature logo glass for $5.00. All event activities and tastes are included for Premier Pass holders.Be on the lookout for exclusive promotions on select wines throughout the weekend.

Hightower Cellars will be celebrating American Heart Month by adding an exclusive library wine tasting and an educational olive oil tasting to their current releases. Premier Pass holders will receive discounted event fees.

At Terra Blanca Winery Premier Pass holders will be able to taste the components of what makes up the signature Bordeaux blend, ONYX, along with additional selections. Be a part of Terra Blanca history as you taste the release of the 20th vintage of ONYX! Premier Pass holders will be able to enjoy some Wine Club benefits with discounts of 10% on bottle purchases and 15% on case purchases in addition to a waived tasting fee with qualified purchase. Wine specials include custom 6-pack wooden boxes of the newly released 2016 ONYX at a discounted price. Our Vineyard Grill will be open special hours for lunch on Saturday from 12pm – 4pm (open 12pm – 5pm on Friday and Sunday).

Tucannon Cellars is unveiling an updated tasting menu, including new- release wines and a delicious chocolate pairing with a small fee. Settle in with a cheese and charcuterie board, and a glass of sangria.

Tapteil Vineyard Winery will release its 2019 Rosé and feature Chukker Cherries. Tasting fee waived with $30 purchase.

Purple Star Winery will have local author Dee-Anna Galbraith in the tasting room reading excerpts from her latest romance novel and selling signed copies. Local artist Sangria Silver Designs will be set up with her beautiful hand metalsmithed jewelry. Tasting fee of $15 refunded with bottle purchase. Premier Pass holders receive 10% discount on wine purchases.

Sleeping Dog Wines will be serving a flourless chocolate torte, infused with the 2008 Merlot and accompanied by 2011 Ciel de Chien red blend. Select red wines will be on sale at 30% off on case prices!

Kitzke Cellars is offering tastes of the limited, newly released Petit Verdot from Candy Ridge Vineyard. Only two barrels are produced each year. Local chocolates will be available.
