Masset Winery came about as a way for Executive Chef Greg Masset and his artist wife Michaela to showcase the wonderful wines that the Yakima Valley is capable of producing. Greg makes the wines from grapes that he hand selects (from well-established hillside vineyards) and Michaela is the artist of the label as well as tasting room director and head of QC. Masset Winery is truly a family effort.
Masset Winery is a family winery specializing in rich red wines with a special emphasis on Syrah and Petit Sirah (and sometimes a blend of both!) In addition, we produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, blended red wines including our everyday style wine, le Petit Rouge, and Reserve style blends such as Sandra Jean and les Vignes de Marcoux Red Wine. A crisp unoaked Chardonnay and late harvest wines are made in select vintages. –Truly a taste of the Yakima Valley.
